The Judicial Enforcement Division (JED) is responsible for providing a wide range of public services including serving process for civil actions, accepting and processing requests for weapons, collecting delinquent taxes and issuing pawnbroker licenses.

Civil Process Services
The JED serves all Superior Court civil processes including subpoenas,
writs of execution, garnishment, restitution, replevins and attachment,
orders of protection and injunctions against harassment, as well as various other in-state and out-of-state court documents.
The Division levies on various forms of personal and real property,
then disposes of the property through a Sheriff's auction. For information on current auctions, please
