As a victim of a crime, per the Arizona Constitution, Crime Victims’ Rights, Article II, Section 2.1, you have the right to be Notified of the Release of the Defendant in your case.

We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If there is no answer, we are assisting other victims.

If you choose to Opt In, please be confident in knowing that we do not share your personal information with anyone or with any other agencies. (It will be necessary for you to call each agency individually if you have a phone or address update.)

We make release calls 24 hours a day.

When a defendant is being processed for Release, we will call and give you an approximate time of release, reason for the release, and the conditions of the release.

Please confirm that the information we received is accurate. We know in many situations, telephone numbers as well as mailing addresses change immediately, or in the days following an incident.
